The Gut Microbiome Test Kit is eligible for return if unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Gut Flora Daily Probiotic Capsules are eligible for return if the bottle seal is unbroken.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Test kits that have been used (sample collected) and supplement bottles with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
